Here is the scenario: friendly co-ed game of Softball goes agro. I am playing Centerfield -Short Stop....the Batter (who is another Female) starts talking smack at the Pitcher. She gets drilled by the Pitcher and the Umpire calls Strike One. Next, the Ball goes wild and the Shotgun Pitch pops her in the left thigh. Instant bruise, so, Ball one. Next Pitch, Ball Two....I am anticipating a Line Drive and the next Pitch she hits a Pop Fly dead Center. As I trot backwards to catch the Ball sun in my eyes blinding me, the Ball scoops into my outstretched Glove and smacks the palm of my hand. My right hand immediately covers my left Glove and the Outfielder, Jeff, a friend of mine says, I had no doubt, I just wanted you to know I'm here. It was a game winning Catch.
