The shoes are Stuart Weitzman, and they are fabulous, as always.
I feel someone made a mistake, in not sending the manufacturer’s box, and bag, etc.
The explanation provided in the note seems odd…. “Less packaging - yay!” ???
Please see photo of paper included in shipment. I would greatly appreciate a supervisor, or someone other than phone customer service. I have called them, and although very kind, and professional, really not able to resolve the issue of no box….
