Mila Patent Tassel Loafer (Women)

Beautiful shoe but a hassle to sort out. I had to buy this shoe three times to figure out the right size. To get the toe box to fit, I had to go up two half sizes above my normal size. When I finally landed on a version that fit, the shoe that was sent to me was clearly used - it came with no shoebox, had bent tassles, a slightly creased vamp and a less cushioned insole than the others. Would have kept it as is just to save myself the time but definitely not for such a high price. Called customer service and was told no discount, just start another return and re-purchase. Sigh, more like reconsider.

I purchased a 1/2 size up. Apparently, SW shoes always seem to run a little small. Very attractive, nice leather(a bit stiff compared to Paul Greens), and quality detailing. I plan to keep them for several years so the cost wasn’t an issue. Dress them casual with barrel jeans or dress them up with a skirt.
