Received used shoes
Shoes were beautiful, but they sent me a pair of shoes that had been returned with stickers attached and the soles were filthy, it was obvious they were worn! I loved these shoes so much, that I ordered them 3 times, and each time they sent me shoes that looked like junk! The last pair was sent in a ziplock baggie with a damaged heel. I had called customer service each time and they assured me that I'd be sent a "new" pair of shoes. I'm so disgusted because I really wanted these shoes. What happened to quality control? Buying online is like playing Russian Roulette, you never know what you're going to receive! I am thoroughly disgusted with Nordstrom not taking enough care and concern to send me a "new" pair!

Received used shoes

Soft but runs small
These shoes are beautiful but for me they are about 1/2 size too small. I typically wear a 8 1/2 in Stuart Weitzman because I have a high arch. I had to purchase a 9 to avoid heel over hang.

Received used shoes!!!
These shoes were thrown in the box without anything, seems they are used. Very unprofessional delivery. This was my first time buying from Nordstrom Rack and my first experience with them was very bad.
