Terrible boot and terrible Rack policies
These boots went on sale right after I purchased them, and before I received them in the mail. Since the Rack refuses to make price adjustments, they’re going back. Too bad because I was going to use the $80+ price difference to have side zippers put in. They’re useless without zippers because you cannot get them on your foot. I can’t tell you for sure if they’re true-to-size because of the ‘no zipper/can’t put them on without one’ problem. So now I get to pay $9.95 to ship them back. I’m done with the Rack. Save your money and don’t bother with these boots. It will only make you sad when you have to return them because they look really cute in the box. Just not on your feet. Because they won’t go on.

nice quality versatile boot... but... I have a high instep and even with a shoe horn, these were impossible to get on, would of kept them if they had a zipper

Impossible to Pull On
Love the look of this boot but I should have heeded the comments of others buyers. I couldn’t begin to slip my foot into the boots; a side zipper would have solved this problem.

I wanted to really like these boots, but the first pair were too large (typical SW), so I half sized down to a 9. Now getting my feet into the opening is a major challenge. No zipper. Ugh!
