No one likes to chew their coffee
Screen assembly does not properly fit interior circumference which allows substantial volume of coffee grounds to slip past when plunger is depressed. Need to pour coffee through a second filter to be drinkable. From other reviews, this is a well documented product design/manufacture defect - very disappointing from an otherwise highly reputable company.

Needs replacement parts
Love the product but after a few uses the screen does not fit and not eating the coffee. does not seem to be replacement filters to fix the problem either. Other wise i love the thing

Not as advertised.
This French press does not keep coffee hot at all which was the main reason I made the purchase. It also leaves coffee grounds in your cup. I would not recommend this product.
