Very disappointing!
I verified the item details before purchasing. The product listing states the necklace is 14k gold with a cultured freshwater pearl pendant and includes the description:
“Accessorize with the timeless sophistication of this 14-karat-gold necklace....”
There is no mention of silver anywhere in the listing. This is inaccurate and unacceptable. Please address this immediately and provide a fair resolution. Customers’ time should be respected!
