Nordstrom sent a stained item
I really wanted to love this item, but Nordstrom sent a pair of boots that had the fleece stained with some black ink. Both of the boots were stained. I called them to see what they could do and the only two options they gave me were to go in person to the Nordstrom rack (I don’t have a car) or wait about ~2 weeks to ship it back and get a new pair (I need them right now as it is very cold). Honestly, for a company like Nordstrom I think this was poor customer service in their part.

Great boots, but damaged
These are comfortable true to size and warm- however they came stained. The white fleece part has black stains on both shoes. They look dirty. I can’t tell if they’re defective or if the laces or boot fabric releases pigment and stained the shoes.

Nordstrom sent a stained item

Cute but heavy
I really wanted to love these. They are cute, warm and waterproof. Sadly they were really heavy. I can not imagine wearing these on a walk longer than 10 minutes. I needed boots I can walk in for at least a mile or 2. Too bad.

Runs large and very bulky
These run big with a lot of extra room, especially if you have a narrow foot. They feel wide, heavy, and noticeably bulky on. I was hoping for a sleek, city-appropriate snow boot, and this definitely isn’t that. More of a rugged, oversized winter boot look. Great if that’s what you want, but not the right fit for me.
