Ona Ave Penny Loafer Mule (Women)

These look fantastic and were comfortable out of the box. I was worried they would be thick clunky and not that flattering but I'm a sorel fan and knew I'd love them. However, after wearing them 1-3 hrs on carpet at work, the heavy weight of the midsole became apparent and uncomfortable as the upper material began to rub on my arch area as I walked causing painful friction on skin. I had to take them off. Basically the sole is too heavy for the upper and you begin to feel that as the day wears on. I think wearing light socks would solve the issue, but I'm not sure. For me it was causing a blister. If this had not been an issue :: definitely a 10/10 for the style and the congac color is beautiful. Very comfortable foot bed. I have a wider foot. These were perfect and I'm size 9. Fit true to size.
