My Favorite Boots
I was initially hesitant to purchase these due to some of the reviews. I have a wide foot and tend to have issues with boots being too tight in the area below the laces, right where all of the stitching is located. I am usually a size 9 in shoes, and I tend to buy 9.5 for boots and sneakers for extra room, since most toe boxes are narrow. When my boots were delivered, I tried them on right away and was so happy with the width, length, and overall comfort. I wore them to work and they were comfortable throughout the day; no break-in time was needed. I didn't have an issue with the laces like one of the reviewers mentioned. I am excited to build my outfits around these boots so I can enjoy wearing them.

Why am I a comfortable size 9.5 in the Sorel shoes I already own and require a 10.5 in these. I wish they would note when they make their shoes narrow. I developed a bunion last year and was basically unable to walk and need to have some supportive shoes for winter, but narrow cannot work with bunions.

Length TTS, but tight across instep
I have 6 pairs of Sorel boots, all size 7. These were the only ones that fit tight across the instep, about an inch behind the ball of my foot. I don't have high arches- I have flat feet, so these should have fit.

Standout Boots that Last Forever
I love Sorel Boots and these are no exception. I bought these in the brown. They are a lower heel that my first pair and they are actually more comfortable. I am going to purchase an arch support for them so that they are a little more comfortable for longer walks/active days. That is my only concern. They will last forever. Sorel has such a quality product.

Looks nice but uncomfortable
Great looking boot but that's where it ended for me. The tongue isn't attached on the sides to the boot allowing it to shift and making the boot feel somehow unfinished. The deal breaker tho is that it's very narrow. I'm a true size 8, an 8.5 in Sorel. Bought 8.5 which is a fine length but the boot is way too tight in the instep even with thin socks. A larger size would have been too long. Seems like Sorel changed their foot mold in the last few years.
