loved the look but not what I expected
I loved the look of these shoes and thought the brown color was beautiful, but they turned out not to be what I expected. These actually have a much higher heel than they appear to have due to a hidden platform, and I was looking for a flat boot suitable for extensive walking. (yes this info is there if you read all the details, but like many other reviewers I missed this info on the app, which should be much more prominently displayed.) I wish there were a flat version of this boot.

true to size. stiff leather
This is a nice bootie with a very comfortable footbed. I bought the 7.5 because that’s what was available and I should have gone with my normal size 8. Leather is very stiff and sturdy which can make the ankle edge dig in a bit. I wonder if a little break in period would solve this though.

Looked odd, felt odd
These were not attractive boots. They looked more like plastic than leather and had scratches on them when they arrived. The fit felt awkward and uncomfortable. Definite return.
