Emelie III Waterproof Boot (Women)

Boots are exactly what I wanted. Good height, removable insole, waterproof, pretty brown color, good weight to them without being too heavy, zip opening. No complaints there. Unfortunately everything else about the experience leaves a lot to be desired. Instead of being shipped from a warehouse they came from another Rack store & already had scratches & stains on them from other people trying them on or returning them damaged. And since I bought one of the last pairs available I cannot exchange for ones that haven’t been worn. For $80 I really expected them to be new (or new-ish).

I was so excited about these green boots, until I took them out of the box and saw all the scratches on them! They looked like they either had been previously worn, or like they came from a store and had been handled and tried on a lot. But either way, they obviously scratch like crazy very easily and had to return them.
