Run small, heavy and uncomfortable
I’m a 7/7.5, I tried on both 7.5 and 8 and they are both too small, the toe box is extremely narrow. In addition, these are very heavy and not comfy. I’m very disappointed.

So cute and comfortable
While this is not as comfortable as a running shoe (what is?), it was very comfortable for a boot.
I read a number of reviews saying they ran short, but I found them to be a smidge big, but okay if they were laced up well. Basically, buy your normal size. I also recommend thicker ski socks.
I tend to buy a size 11 running shoe to allow for custom orthotics, but wear a 10 in non athletic shoes and the size 10 worked for me.
