It’s unfortunate you can’t even exchange the shoes knowing your buying online yiu are taking a chance because it’s nit in the store I’m ver disappointed!!!!!!! I love the shoe but it’s too narrow I just wanted the next size up!! I will never buy shoes or clothes when it says no return or exchange I but from this store often and it’s hurtful I couldn’t be accommodated only to be told just buy the next size up sorry !!

For the past several years, I've chosen not to eat or wear animal products, unless it's something that was already in my closet. It's been HARD finding footwear with classic lines that doesn't look cheap. But, these fit the bill! Cute, classic, comfy, and, as far as I know, vegan! Loved them so much in black that I purchased the grey as well. I have slender feet and took my usual size 7. I wear them with a thin sock and they are perfection. Please give us more vegan options, Sofft! Now, if only some designer brands would get on board and start making cruelty free footwear! A girl can dream...

I’ve had these now a year. I purchased to wear to Vail, Co in the snowy weather. I’m not 100% sure they’re waterproof which is disappointing- even the sales associate didn’t know. But they were being sold by other snow shoes- so I purchased hoping for a more stylist slim fitting winter boot. It’s now my second winter starting to wear them and I had to submit a review. The bottom of the shoe looks like it would be great in snow and icy weather BUT IT IS NOT. I’ve ONLY slipped in these boots. Once last year and slammed my head on black ice. This year I’ve been slipping on icy walkways too. Wanted to be sure whoever is buying them is not thinking these would be a good cold weather boot- because they’re not safe, be careful walk-ing in them. Again, only because they look and were sold with winter boots
