Brookdale Bootie

Omitting a star because the color is wrong. Sofft messed up here. I love this bootie in the color light grey, but the color descriptions seem to be switched. I ordered light grey and received the tan brown suede bootie, twice. The box label said light grey, but the boot inside the box was light tan brown suede (see photo). Thinking Nordstrom had a fulfillment problem, I looked around online and found the boot at a popular walking company store (for full price) with the color descriptions switched so they match what I actually received. The “brown” pulled up the light grey leather boot, and the “light grey” pulled up the light tan suede bootie on this website. So, I ordered the brown from Nordstrom rack saving lots of money, and actually received the light grey. I don’t know what Sofft did with the color, but if you want the bootie that appears light grey in leather, order the brown. Maybe Nordstrom will fix their color so it coincides with the boot you’ll receive, but for now, if you click on light grey, it shows the leather grey boot, and that’s not what you’ll get if you order it. Order brown if you want light grey. Order Light grey if you want brown. Make it make sense. True to size. Super comfy boot. Perfect with jeans or to dress up or down.

Someone else wrote a review about the colors being wrong in her order and I want to reiterate that message: seems she ordered the brown and got gray and with the gray, got brown. I ordered the gray and got light brown. I do like them so I’m keeping. They are comfortable. But beware of the possible color mess up.
