Misrepresented color
The images show a blue-green earring set, which makes sense for an item described as "Mojave Turquoise Rectangle Drop Earrings." What arrived in the mail is a set of green-stoned earrings. This was a gift with the coordinating "Turquoise Rectangle Pendant Necklace" and of course it looks completely stupid since the stones are nothing similar in color.
