What it is: A green-toned primer that instantly neutralizes redness while calming and defending skin.
Who it's for: All skin types.
What it does: This color-correcting primer creates a breathable, silky barrier that perfects the canvas by smoothing skin and strengthening it from damage from environmental aggressors like pollution and blue light. It also contains calming algae to help soothe stressed skin, while rose and mushroom extracts help reduce the look of irritation.
How to use: Smooth over clean skin twice daily. Wear alone or under makeup to color-correct makeup with a satiny finish.

As promised
This primer really does live up to the claims. Each time I use this primer, the few areas of redness are completely gone. Foundation and all makeup products wear very nicely on top. I would compare the consistency to a moisturizer. It's not heavy. Non drying. Will definitely purchase the full size.

Hate the new formulation
I was so disappointed in this new formulation. I received it in the mail and assumed it was just new packaging, but it doesn't go on as smoothly as the original. The original was cream to powder. This has the texture of sunscreen and has to be rubbed in. I hate it. It definitely doesn't make foundation go on smoother. I'll be trying to find another brand's dupe of the original from now on.

Just okay
I have used this product a few days and it kind of comes off right away when using a beauty blender so next I just used my fingers and it was better. But I didn't really notice a huge difference.

Color correct for real
This stuff does help conceal my redness on my cheeks and my chin due to acne. I like using this with another primer as it doesn't seem to be the best at making my foundation stay.

So so disappointed
I can't tell you how disappointed I am with this product. I wore the previous smashbox green primer everyday for many years and was gutted it was discontinued. I have extreme redness and this new product makes absolutely no difference to it. It covers zero redness and leaves my skin looking oily and shiny. I'm really struggling to find a replacement for your previous primer. If you've any in stock that you would be willing to sell please let me know as I really loved it and unfortunately the new version just doesn't suit my skin at all.. Thanks

Worst primer ever!
Smashbox used to have a great anti redness primer. However, this reformulation is awful and useless! It is so thin, and it does not cover the red! Plus, it wipes off when makeup is applied over it! Don't waste your money!

Decent Product
It's not a miracle product, but I do notice a decrease in facial redness on my cheeks and chin when using this. Some of the other recent reviews mentioned it was oily, which I didn't get at all. It leaves my skin feeling very silky and only slightly matte. I've been using it on no-makeup days so I can't say how it will layer with makeup.
