This all-purpose chef's knife is the you want when the cooking starts with its wider heel and razor-sharp edge making it ideal for a wide variety of cutting tasks.
How it's made: It is handcrafted from one layer of high-carbon stainless steel that is wear and corrosion resistant, and has a full-tang construction for durability and precision balance. A beautiful satin finish helps food easily release when cut, and the pakkawood handle offers a secure, comfortable grip.
Additional features: It features a wider heel and a fairly flat profile toward the heel that makes it perfect for push cuts, and is designed with a little belly from mid-blade toward the tip so that it can be gently 'rocked' through fresh herbs or spices to produce a very fine mince.
