These are, by far, the softest cotton facial tissues I have ever tried. Be careful when you open up the bag, though, as the 3 sections are not individually packaged.

Shrinkflation!! Too Thin To Use!!
I’ve been buying these for years and instead of raising the price to keep the quality up, Shiseido has suddenly made these so thin (like literally half as thin) as to be unusable. They disintegrate when wet with Micellar water and it takes at least 2-3 pads instead of one for eye makeup removal. I won’t buy this brand again. For the price don’t waste your money!

Disappointed in the Quality!
Disappointed! I have been using these pads for years now and noticed in this last patch that they are thinner than before. Really? These are expensive. Will not be purchasing any more as I expect value for my money.
