The shoes arrived in pristine condition, packaged carefully, and delivered incredibly fast. The pricing was excellent and the entire shopping experience was straightforward and stress-free. The pair I received had visible creases around the toe area, which suggests they had been worn prior to shipping. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of quality control. It is unacceptable to send customers footwear that appears to have already been used. Additionally, the sizing runs noticeably large and wide. Based on my experience, the previous reviews do not accurately reflect the fit of the product. Foot shape varies significantly—those with wider feet may find many shoes feel narrow, and vice versa—so it’s important that sizing feedback be objective and precise. As for the leather, it is appropriate for this type of footwear. It is neither overly rigid nor unusually soft. Leather used in structured shoes or boots is not meant to feel like glove leather, so comments describing it as “too stiff” seem misleading. Because the shoes appear to have been worn, I requested a refund. While it is currently pending, this situation should have been resolved promptly. Customers should not be left waiting when the issue stems from a clear lapse in quality control. Addressing matters like this efficiently is simply good business practice.
