Unprofessional approach
Nordstrom is downgrade. . I often order things online, pay, and wait. Then they cancel the purchase without any explanation. Okay. I order the same thing again a month later, and after some time, they cancel it again. It's pointless to discuss a customer service that doesn't exist these days.Why would you sell items you don't have month?should you maybe update you system? And every time I pay for not existing items,also I have to wait when I got my money on hold.
