I didn't receive it
The system shows the item as delivered, but I never received it. It also took time to get a refund through dlvryrsrch@nordstrom.com. I’m disappointed with how disorganized the shipping process has been. This keeps happening, with no delivery notifications or proof of delivery. I live in a safe area and receive all other packages without issues, so the problem is clearly not on my end.
