I received boots I ordered today and was very disappointed when I got them, not in a boot box, no packing materials, no stuffing or cardboard to keep their shape but folded and in a shipping box with creases from being folded. I consider this poor customer service. If it hadn't taken so long for me to find boots of this style at a decent price I would send them back.

I received a pair of shoes that were folded in half and thrown into a Nordstrom rack drawstring back and placed on a box without proper stuffing. The box arrived partially crushed and the tape seal was ripped open. The boots were unworn but the creases from the fold made them look like they were used. The pointed toe was tight and anyone who purchases should consider adding a half size for comfort. The width of the shaft is wider than average and the top of the boot was too high on my knee. Would recommend if you are taller than 5’ 5 and if the boots were in brand new condition. Remember to size half a size up. I believe the boots came from a Nordstrom rack store and not the warehouse, hence the lack of care for the product. I hope this is not a common issue.

These boots run a bit small - I generally wear a size 9, and these are comfortable in a 9.5 with thin socks. Do a full size up if you prefer to wear thicker socks. The regular calf is extremely narrow. The boots arrived with scuffed bottoms, showing they had been previously owned and worn. Extremely disappointing.
