light grey not black, binding waist band
The description is black and picture is charcoal so I expected a dark colored skirt but what I received is light grey. It didn’t have any tags on it at all so perhaps it had been worn/washed but it was for sure on the lighter side of grey. The waist is just a thin elastic band, and since the skirt runs a little on the small side it falls straight into my tummy roll. Cut is cute along the hemline.
