two right feet?
This is not a review of the shoes themselves. I received two right shoes and when I called to explain the situation I was told that the rep could only place a new order and waive the standard shipping fee. I need these shoes for an event and the delay is going to put me at risk of not receiving the shoes on time. I am appalled that Nordstrom/Nordstrom Rack make no attempt to right the situation by offering expedited shipping or even a coupon code for a mistake that was clearly on their end. Be aware when ordering online.

Beautiful Heels
They’re comfortable at first but not for more than a couple hours. I’m not used to being in heels for a long time. But if you can handle it they really nice and went beautiful with the dress I wore.
