Cooper Lug Sole Boot (Women)

I love the way this boot looks and I was so excited when I received my order however upon wearing for only 30 mins the zip came undone while walking. I tried multiple times to fix the issue but it looks like the zipper is faulty... I also thought the shoe would be more comfortable but it's a bit narrow in the front. I did notice that they are not as heavy as some claim. I really wished these worked out for me. So glad I didn't pay full price on these, and I would like a refund.

I tried to buy these shoes twice (returned/exchanged) because the zipper on the right boot arrived broken both times! I'm suspicious why these are marked down so low to $76 when they are full prize on Amazon for $180. Nordstrom Rack needs to double check these items. Otherwise, these are great looking and the fits seemed perfect otherwise.

Another review showed a photo of worn down heels after just a couple of wears. I chose to ignore it, hoping that it was an anomaly because I love the look of these boots. Unfortunately it wasn't. The same thing happened to mine. They look great but are more like a short term rental. Bummer.

This is my first online shoe/boot order and upon receipt these boots fit perfectly! I was so confident in the fit and comfort, I brought them along on a 3 day weekend, right out of the box! Chunky heel, comfortable & stylish, just what I was looking for. Between two sizes, I selected the smaller per the reviews and the fit was perfect.
