Lovely Water Repellent Boot (Women)

I own numerous pairs of Rykä shoe boots so didn’t hesitate to order these. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with these.. not sure if they are defective with zipper or the size but ordered the exact same size I always have! I can’t even get my bare foot in them.. they are way too small! They were on sale so can’t get a refund but I would have liked the option to exchange them for maybe a bigger size.. bought 2 pairs that are useless to me!!!

I have loved Rykas in the past, however the zipper does not extend far enough down so they are very difficult to get on!!!!! They are comfortable enough when you get them on but the process of getting them on your feet is difficult and exhausting. I thought it was because I have a high instep but based on other reviews (and the fact I don’t have problems in other boots), I don’t think that’s it. I bought black & brown & threw away boxes - really disappointing!
