I really loved this brand — the suede material, the color of the bag, and the overall design were absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, after only about two weeks of use, the thin straps on the handle started to come apart in two places. I really didn’t want to return it, but I had no choice and had to take it back to the store.
I would like to suggest to the manufacturer: instead of using low-quality glue, it would be much better to sew these parts securely with proper stitching. The bag deserves better craftsmanship.
