Wren High Waist Slim Jeans

These pants are almost perfect, but the material around the knees becomes loose and baggy. I only walked from one room to another and by that time the fabric had already bunched up with excessive folds. There's just too much fabric gathering at the knees, making my legs look bulky and unflattering. Unfortunately, I'm returning these.

They are perfect. Complete keepers. Really beautifully done. Not too skinny. I sized up because I need a roomy waist. If you purchase your 'normal' size they will fit as pictured. If you are 5'5" or less, they will be full length. Otherwise....it could be dicey. They are totally black, so that's not changing. It would be easy to dress them up. And the most magnificent pockets. Real pockets. I am just thrilled with these jeans. The image displays the jeans exactly. If you size up, you get just a little extra room.

It is a straight leg. Wider at the bottom than expected for “slim jeans”. Not the rag and bone I KNEW and loved. The cut and finishing details are poor and not flattering. Rag and bone used to make their side seams a bit more forward for a nice slim look. These are messy at the side seams and protruded especially around the pockets I gave it two stars for at least being a saturated black. Something that has been hard to find for a few seasons. Not a worn black person. I also like that it is a very high cotton percentage. But it lack the fit of rag and bone I enjoyed through the years. Maybe moving on from rag and bone in the future.
