Retro Runner Slim Sneaker (Women)

I loved the look of this shoe. The color and the weaving is just so pretty. I got them in the mail and tried them on to make sure they fit. The shoe does not have a cushion in the sole so I purchased some to give the shoe more cushion for walking. I wear them to work and quickly realized this shoe is pretty and meant to be looked at not work. For more than a few minutes. The shoe had no give and does not move with movement and along with there being no support it’s terrible for me. I wish I had not worn them because I would absolutely send them back. Will try only try on shoes in my home to make sure they are comfortable before stepping outside.

This is a beautiful summer fashion sneaker. I wouldn’t wear them all day walking but to throw on to go to lunch, meet friends for a meal out…they are fabulous. I found them to be big and returned the 9 and will be ordering an 8.5 instead. My only warning would be be to be gentle with the tongue of the sneaker because it’s rafia and you can see where it’s sewn inside to the front of the shoe and it felt a little fragile.
