Way less expensive at other reputable online shops
I can’t believe the Rack would rather have bad reviews than happy customers! A week after receiving my order, I got curious and decided to check online for the price, assuming Rack would have competitive prices. NOPE! Many places are at least $25 less for the shampoo & conditioner set. But Nordstrom is fair, so I called to get a price adjustment for the 2 shampoos & 2 conditioners ( almost $40 total). . .NOPE!
