St. Miller Rose Sneaker (Women)

Let me preface by saying I love this shoe. I own it in other colors. So when I ordered this color, took it out of the box, put my orthotic in the right shoe to make sure it fit (it’s my larger foot). Fit perfect so put them in my closet. A few weeks later, went to wear them and the left one was 2 sizes smaller than the left! By now the return window had closed. Took them to the store to see what they could do, they told me to call customer service. CS was less than willing to let me return them for a refund because it was after the return window but after some discussion about how this was not MY fault, if they just sent both shoes in the correct size to begin with, this would not have happened. They told me to wait 15 min for the return label to show up in my email. I waited 1.5 hours, it never came. Had to call back AGAIN. Finally the label was emailed then had to drive to fed ex to drop off the package. After all of that, they only offered me a $10 credit (after I complained) and now the shoes are not available in my size! For shoe review-they run small so size up, the width is tts.
