Nice glasses
Best glasses ever. They were in the inner box in plastic and a cleaning cloth. The last Prada I purchased from here had an outer carrying box as well as the inner box. It did not upset me in the least. I love them.

Bad service ever
The item came without case, cloth, certificate … nothing except the sunglasses put in a ziploc. I contacted the customer agent named Stacy. She didn’t solve the issue, just said it was like that and then left the chat abruptly. Bad attitude ever. I would give her negative star if I could.
