Another piece staving off aging, lol.
I’m surprised by negative reviews. I was impressed to he** by my results first use. My second use, I was too aggressive, so baby steps! I am blessed to have my beautiful Mom’s genes, but eventually we all start aging. Enlarged pores are my nemesis and the PMD, after first use, made a visible difference on my pores when nothing else has. It reduced my sun freckles upper cheeks and my skin felt incredibly smooth.
I already ordered more tips knowing the PMD needs to be a regular part of my routine. I have three GSD’s that take up our disposable income. And to be honest, all the stuff one can inject changes the way women look. I went thru a lot of hard knocks for my wisdom, want to look the best I can BUT look like me. I am very happy with this unit, and grateful for the price as I see it for $300 dollars MORE than what I paid at Rack. Hint: hold skin taught w your other hand, then use PMD. AND, I find on my forehead for example that working in one direction works best. I definitely think there is a learning curve, and like anything it may be different from person to person. TY!

Charger or device made improperly!!
Charger does not fit into it properly (not snug and will not even light up when plugged in) and will NOT charge. It will only work if it is plugged in!! You can space around charger and seems the device opening is too large and made wrong/cheaply. For as much as I spent, I am appalled it won’t even charge or work properly for even one use. What a disappointment.

Hi. The Personal Microderm Pro is not chargeable. It has to be connected to the Personal Microderm Pro as well as to an electrical outlet for power during use. You indicated that this does power on when it is plugged in, which means that it is working exactly as it is designed to work. If you are looking for one that is chargeable/cordless, you may want to consider the PMD Elite Pro.

Ripped my Skin
I believe my skin is too delicate for the amount of suction that the device uses. I used the least abrasive disc, but the suction was so strong that my skin was torn in several places.
I am going to try it one more time to see if it was my error.

Great tool, but sadly, not for me!
High quality tool. The most sensitive exfoliating tool head was effective, but on the second try, I realized I had used it too much in several areas and caused temporary damage to my skin. I didn't like the suction as it pulled my aging skin, even at the lowest setting. Returned product, sadly.

It is also important to note that while the disc rotation speed on the Personal Microderm Pro can be adjusted to a slower speed, the suction is not adjustable. If you decide to give it another try you may want to consider the PMD Elite Pro that is cordless and has the option of three different suction/disc rotation settings with the same great quality!

This is an amazing device. At first I was skeptical but after trying it and allowed my face to heal I got the same results from the dermatologist office that does different types of facials so this pays for itself
