Oh my gosh!!!! So good!!! I have been using the same curler for years, YEARS. I thought eh, its fine. I bought this one (influenced by the influencers) and my mind was blown. Its that good. Worth every cent

Disappointed that this was so horrible
This is the worst eyelash curler! I had a Shisedo curler for years that worked amazingly well, but it broke. I needed a new one. I thought buying this one would be the same. I was so wrong. There were so many issues with this curler. This curler was shorter in eye length. I measured the refill pads I had from the last curler with this one. The pad for this curler is significantly shorter so the curler didn't fit my eye length. It also didn't curl my lashes. It would bend them or lift them slightly. Worst of all, this curler pulled out all of my long eyelashes that I worked to grow with Latisse! I returned this curler.

Too large for smaller eyes
I purchased this after an "Influencer" said it was the best eyelash curler ever. For me it did not work. It is too straighter across and large for my eyes. I have a "Kevyn Aucoin" eyelash curler that is more curved and with the curvature it will grab all of my lashes, this Shiseido one was just too large and straight for my eyes. I am small framed with small head and face, so maybe it would better suit an average size persons face/eye better. For me it was not a good fit. I would never have thought that eyelash curlers could be so different.

Great lash curler
May favorite lash curler since Kevin Aucoin was no longer offered at Nordstrom. This is my 4th curler from Shiseido and as with the previous ones it does a great job. Had to get a new one because I wanted to keep one in my travel makeup tools box.
