What it does: It enhances your lip shape for up to six hours thanks to a no-smudge, waterproof formula that won't feather or transfer.

How to use: Outline your lips starting with the corner of the top lip. For a fuller lip look, draw over the edge of your natural lip line. Fill in your lips using the matching lipstick shade.

I read all the reviews here and others online: It’s worth trying this liner - I love it! The color is perfect, long lasting and you can really add volume to thin lips and still have them look natural. Pairs perfectly with the two shades of Pillow Talk lipsticks - which are great natural shades and long lasting. Worth a try, especially with Rack pricing!

Everyone loves CT but why buy it at Nordstrom Rack if it’s the same price on Sephora? Rack prices are becoming the same as the original!
