What it is: A lipstick balm with hyaluronic acid that provides the hydrating power of a balm with the color payoff of a lipstick for dewy, pigmented lips.

Where is the Balm?
I bought this in the Pillowtalk shade. It is my first Charlotte Tillbury lipstick. The color is beautiful and it wears well. My only complaint is that it seems to "drag" when I apply it. It does not appear to be very moisturizing. I will keep it but add an untinted balm so my lips stay comfortable.
