What it does: With over 7,000 vibrations per minute, PMD's SonicGlow technology not only ensures a deep cleanse but provides a way to lift, firm and tone problem areas for a more youthful appearance. The Pro introduces ActiveWarmth™, which enables your skin care to activate by assisting in deeper absorption and effectiveness from the combination of the SonicGlow and heat. The hassle-free brush head never needs replacing. With four customizable modes, Clean provides a full spectrum of cleansing options. Rose Quartz offers ActiveWarmth Rose Quartz stone massager to help in reducing inflammation and tension.
How to use: Begin by rinsing your face with warm water, then gently rub in your cleanser. Wet Clean under water and power on the device. PMD recommends modes 1 and 2 for optimum cleansing result. Move the brush head in circular motions, cleansing your entire face. It's safe to spend more time in areas that may be of personal concern. Rinse your face and pat dry. It's gentle enough for daily use.

I was gifted the rose quartz Clean Pro several years ago and since then I have gifted it to 5 people, it’s that good. At first I was using it of course for cleansing and to help facial oils absorb better but soon I noticed a difference in my sinuses which are prone to feel pressure during climate changes. Game changer! I have not had my usual yearly sinus infections. Im thinking it’s the combination of the warmth and vibration that keeps things from settling there. Additionally, after a fall and surgery on my finger, i have been using it as a form of therapy on my finger. My physical therapist was using a small heated vibration tool on me one day so I brought her my Clean Pro to ok its use. I’ve been using it on my finger to improve circulation, decrease sensitivity and overall to soothe my injury. I can see why its HSA and FSA approved. Thank You PMD

Gets Moldy after a year
I purchased this in Sept of 2022. Disappointingly, within the past 4 months or so it has started to get mold on the scrubbing head that I have to clean off every few weeks. It also gets mold under the lip of the scrubbing head that has to be cleaned under. This is annoying and unexpected when it was advertised as an “anti-microbial” cleaning head. With the price you are paying I'd think it would last longer at the very least!

We are so sorry about the inconvenience you've experienced with mold on the Clean Pro RQ. The silicone on all of our Clean products is anti-bacterial, but it still needs proper care to ensure it remains that way. We suggest that device be removed from the shower and cleaned with soap and water and then dried completely off at least once a week--especially if you live in a humid climate. Doing this on a weekly (or more often) basis should keep the silicone clean and free of any type of build up.

Love it but is delicate
Love it but my Jade smashed. Unfortunately my hands were slippy and it fell to the ground. Afraid to use that side now.

The stones on these are authentic artisan grade stones--so they are very delicate and a drop or fall can lead to a crack or breaking of the stone. For safety, we recommend not using the damaged side. Amazing product.
I received this as a Christmas present two years ago. I've been using it ever since, and it made a DRASTIC difference in my skin. I no longer have breakouts and when I do, using this at least once a day dramatically improves any breakout that might start. I love this product. I also haven't charged it in a year, and it's still going strong.

Okay, not great, $$$
I enjoy the heated feature, I found the vibrations to be weak, comparatively with other competitors’ similar products. I prefer a handle for a face cleanser. The battery life is great. If it were 2/3 it’s current price, would be worth it.
