How to use: Apply Moisture Surge 100H Auto-Replenishing Hydrator morning and night on clean skin. It can be used under or over makeup and also as a five-minute mask. Use All About Eyes twice daily, morning and night. With your ring finger, apply sparingly to the entire eye area using a gentle patting motion.
