RECEIVED WRONG COLOR
I ordered charcoal and received RED — and it’s not an attractive red… it’s like tomato/bright children’s crayon red. And they want to charge me $10 to return by mail, even though it was their error. I now need to wait to return until I can get to a Nordstrom Rack store, which isn’t convenient for me. And who knows if I’ll even be able to find the charcoal color. Extremely disappointed.

Wrong color sent twice!
Orders will come straight from the designer and NOT Nordstrom Rack. I ordered the Charcoal color twice and was sent the wrong colors TWICE! Charcoal apparently doesn't exist. First Patrizia Luca order was completely messed up, with items missing and wrong colors/ sizes sent. Returned everything! Beware ordering from this designer! Too bad because the jacket was cute. One star for overall experience.

Where the charcoal?
This jacket is very cute and sturdy. I waited a while for thisnto get delivered and when it arrived, red? Why? Red is not my color; however, I like the style and I just may keep it. I'm still left wondering, where's the charcoal?

Colors coded incorrectly
This is drapey and looks great, fabric is a heavier knit. Issue is I’ve ordered black twice and received charcoal. Others have ordered charcoal and received red. Please fix this.

Great looking jacket
I love the jacket. It's very fashionable and unique. It is sturdy and made of a thick material, as other reviewers described. I guess I'm lucky because I ordered the black one and that's what I received (since some others received the wrong color). Highly recommend.
