The Ayla Ruched Satin Midi Dress

The color and ruching are lovely but many of the seams had loose threads and snags in the fabric. Additionally as another reviewer noted the zipper in the back isn't straight and instead curves down your back, almost giving the illusion that your spine is curved. I will be returning this.

When the dress arrived, the zipper in the back came down diagonally instead of straight down the back. The ruching that was supposed to sit on each side of the dress was crooked as well, so there was no way to wear the dress as intended. Just sewn poorly and unwearable.

Beautiful dress, nice fabric and drape. Got lots of compliments. However, it runs very small by about 2 sizes.

I love ruched dresses and I have just discovered this label at Nordstrom. Good for them for bringing in some new designers. The satin is very nice. I have to order a different size because for a large busted woman the top part is a bit tight.

This dress is great! I don’t normally write reviews but when I saw the low star rating I didn’t think it was a fair rating for such a beautiful dress! It is VERY true to size. The material is beautiful and is very comfortable. I always dread looking for a dress for a wedding or special occasion because I am very critical of my figure, and this dress is very flattering. I may even order it in the green!
