The Curator Pleated Bermuda Shorts

These long shorts are perfect for really hot days, as they are a very light (but lined) material. They are like linen but they don’t easily wrinkle so I’m planning to take them when I travel. They can be dressed up for work or an evening out, or styled super casual for every day. I’m generally a size 4 and I got these in both a 4 and a 6 (based on availability) The button is a bit snug (but comfortable once it’s on) and they are quite loose everywhere else. I’m planning on styling several different looks with these neutrals and I because they are high quality I think they will be in my closet for several years.

I love these shorts… I tend to avoid shorts as a 5’4” long torso’ed / short legged person, but I gave these a try and am glad I did. The fabric looks expensive, and tailored lying loose, but close enough down the sides as to not add bulk. As an athletic build, the waist fits just right… not loose and not tight. The height of the waist helps create an elongated illusion for my legs (torso looks shorter, which is good for my build). These can be dressed up or down. Dressing up… I plan to wear wedges to add length to my legs. Dressing down, I wore ballet flats and a racer back tank when vacationing in the EU last week. The fabric held up under packing - no wrinkles to steam or iron. I LOVE them and highly recommend giving them a try.
