Worst walking shoes ever made
I bought these shoes for Europe because the weather is unpredictable and could rain. Wow, after 30 mins, I felt like my feet needed to be amputated because they hurt so bad. I’m usually a size 6.5 so I bought a 7 just in case because there were reviews of how it’s not true to size. My god, the worst decision I’ve made and I travel to Europe every year so I have some really great walking shoes but they are not waterproof so I bought these. It’s an absolute no, don’t do it. I want to return this if they’ll let me. My god. I usually don’t post reviews but here I am taking time out of my day to share this experience. What a waste!

Noisy and pinch
I wanted to love these so badly. They are so cute and exactly the style I was looking for. However, they definitely squeak very loudly on smooth surfaces and the other thing is the vertical space is super thin so they painfully pinch my feet. Size would have been perfect otherwise, it’s just like the padding is too much. So sad they didn’t work out.

They run small
I looked at a TON of reviews for these and they all say true to size. I don't know if my feet are getting bigger as I age, but my normal size (7.5) barely fit with no socks. I always wear socks so I'll have to try the 8s and I hope they work. I do have a high instep so maybe that's why. Also I don't have wide feet, but my feet aren't the least bit narrow either.
I can't really speak on the comfort as my toes don't have any room to move when I walk.
