What it is: A targeted, velvety eye cream powered by vitamins A, C and E which protects, brightens and minimizes puffiness and dark circles.

What it does: Powered by vitamins C, A and E, this rich and velvety eye treatment delivers instant luminosity, hydration and plumping to skin around your eyes, helping to diminish the appearance of fine lines, puffiness and dark circles.

Key ingredients:

- Healing Concentrate™: powers every one of the brand's products, delivering a potent distillation of Budapest's thermal waters via biofermentation and encapsulation. It is clinically proven to significantly improve skin hydration, elasticity and firmness

- Vitamin C (ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate): a stable and nonirritating form of vitamin C, which delivers antioxidant protection to even and brighten skin tone around the delicate eye area while stimulating collagen production

- Vitamin A (reinaldehyde): encapsulated vitamin A helps reduce the depth of fine lines and wrinkles by speeding up cell renewal. It is stable, nonirritating and more powerful than retinol

- Oat lipid: rich in vitamin E, phospholipids and ceramides, it nourishes the eye contour and improves skin barrier function by preventing transepidermal water loss

How to use: After cleansing, warm the eye cream between the fingertips and dab along the eye contour.

Stephen de Heinrich de Omorovicza is a descendent of a noble Hungarian family who in the 1800s built the renowned Racz spa in Budapest—on the site of a medieval thermal spring known for its healing properties. Brightens
It does brighten my eyes and moisturizes nicely but I havent noticed a difference in the dark circles. Im not sure if Ill purchase again or try a different eye cream.
