Marquise Cubic Zirconia Station Layered Necklace

I order a lot from Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack and a couple times the product was not included my delivery of other things. They allied to tell them that this item was not in the box with my other items received. When I was scrolling through my orders, I noticed it said the return could not be processed and for me to email someone at Nordstrom for details, I did and have not heard back. Thankfully it was very expensive, but shame on them for not shipping and not refunding.
