This Dress Had Potential
I liked the fabric it felt nice. But the sleeves are a complete miss. I didn't notice that they were a raglan sleeve. I already am not a fan of a flutter sleeve but I thought it could be altered but not with that type of sleeve.. If it had a traditional sleeve I would've kept it. Total miss.
