Dont shop here
Bought shoes that started ripping at the seams after 2 wearings 10 days.i had receipt.on my credit card.mgr thete said would not credit my card because the could not resell.of course not theyre defective.forced a store credit on me and had to buy shoes i really didnt want.mgr says im lucky im getting a return at all so i should be thankful.corporate office could not tell we what the policy is.seemed surprised.never heard of a company that wont take back defective product and credit the card.never shop there again and will give a bad review everywhere i can online unless i hear back from nordstrom rack.
