Button-Up Shirt

The Brown Raisin color is gorgeous! But the fabric is quite heavy and stuff, and the silhouette does not resemble the product photo: it's oversized with knuckle-covering sleeves and dropped shoulder seams the stuck out unattractively. For reference, I'm 5'7", 128 lb. and bought my usual Medium.

I was on the hunt for a 100% linen shirt when I happened upon this piece, meet cute? Who knows? But truly love the casual/classic cut and beautiful drape of the fabric. Linen, as lovely as it is, can take a few wash n’ wears to get that feel …I’m on my way to the marina now look. No, don’t put in the dryer, let’s be proactive. I had been looking for a good black shirt jacket, and this shirt is just right—I sized up one size to ensure a looser, "jackety" fit. Fabric feels heavier than typical shirt fabric, and has a nice smooth finish. However, do read the care label. The listing on the website says "Machine wash, line dry," but the care label inside the garment states "Dry clean only."
