Franny Faux Shearling Coat

This coat is shockingly warm for trenchcoat/overcoat style outerwear - I've comfortably worn it (with light layers underneath) into the high 20 degrees F. HOWEVER! It does run loose around the body and in the sleeves, which is flattering but means you need to fill that space up with layers underneath if you want to stop the wind from getting in. The collar is also pretty deep and the highest button is pretty low, so I would recommend a scarf underneath. I'd size down for a more fitted look, but the sleeves might get too short. Overall this looks both classy and funky - a lot "furrier" in real life than it seems in the photos. My biggest gripes are that a) the buttons don't stay buttoned if you move around too much and b) one of the pockets' inner linings is unfinished on the coat I got, but honestly I can't be bothered to exchange it especially knowing that the whole coat will probably get thrown out for that little flaw.
