Arrived damaged
These are so adorable, but I am disappointed they arrived flawed. Quality in the items I’m receiving from Nordstrom/N Rack has gone down hill and reminds me of Ross. These boots arrived damaged, missing pink finish ruining the boots they are final sale, so I’m stuck with them. These are brand new, I can imagine what will happen once wear and tear is a factor. The finish is like a spray texture that is going to come off easy. Quality checking items prior to shipping out to customers, would help. So disappointed, do better.
